You will receive just that: 25% of a cow! We offer a Mixed Quarter, half of a half beef. This means you do not have to worry about whether you want a front or rear quarter (the outdated way of splitting a beef).
 
And you can personally pick your favorite cuts with our sister company (our own butcher shop):  "Mountain Man Mobile Processing"
 
These Grassfed Quarter Beef Shares are typically available from May to November, when grass is most available. We sell 12+ of these animals (equivalent to 48 quarters!) per year, so we usually have some ready within a month or two of ordering.
