You will receive just that: 25% of a cow! We do a Mixed Quarter, half of a half beef. This means you do not have to worry about whether you want a front or rear quarter (the outdated way of splitting a beef).
 
And you can personally pick your favorite cuts with our sister company (our butcher shop):  "Mountain Man Mobile Processing"
 
These Quarter Shares are typically ready for pickup within 8 weeks of placing order. We sell 30+ of these animals (equivalent to 90 quarters!) per year, so we always have some available.
