For this variety of beef, pickup date is never more than 8 weeks from order placement.

This Non-Refundable deposit is required for each share.
 
You will receive just that: 50% of a cow! Typically this is 6 boxes of beef, and we recommend a 21 Cubic foot freezer, as you will have only a little room left over.
 
You can personally pick your favorite cuts with our sister company (our butcher shop):  "Mountain Man Mobile Processing"
 
These  Half Shares are typically ready for pickup within 8 weeks of placing order. We sell 30+ of these animals (equivalent to 60 halves!) per year, so we always have some available.
