Amount: Halves are 90 lbs take-home weight. Whole Hogs are 180 lbs.

Comments:  Excellent fat/meat quality at a great price. Much more flavor than store bought pork. Very tasty hams and bacons.

Availability: Order anytime, pickup typically within 6 weeks of ordering.

Feed Type: Non-Gmo Grain

Treatment: Antibiotic/Hormone Free. Barn Raised on Bedding Pack (deep litter). 

Breed: Berkshire

Amount: Halves are 90 lbs take-home weight. Whole Hogs are 180 lbs.

  • $390.00 per 1/2 hog, total. ($210 for 1/2 hog, $200 for 1/2 hog processing)

Comments:  Most economical option, similar to grocery store, but without the use of Nitrites or Nitrates.

Availability: Order anytime, pickup typically within 1 month or less from time of order.

Feed Type: Conventional feed.

Treatment: Barn Raised

Breed: Yorkshire/Landrace

Amount: Halves are 90 lbs take-home weight. Whole Hogs are 180 lbs.
