Jonathan maintains a small Berkshire hog farrowing and finishing operation, and he & his father raise most of the non-gmo crops for the animals feed.
​Raising these hogs in barns on deep litter, helps the animals to be comfortable, and allows for year-round pork production that a woods-based system in PA can't offer.
